About Mr. Lee

André Z. K. Lee attended Kyunggi High School and Yonsei University in Korea as well as abroad at the University Karlsruhe, Heidelberg in Germany in 1959. During his studies in Heidelberg, he also worked as an assistant lecturer “Wissenschaftlicher Assistent”. Upon completion, Lee spent his time pursuing in the food businesses. He was the director of one of the biggest Asian importer in Paris and started several restaurants and planning micro-brewery systems especially for the asian market. Also, Mr. Lee is distributing MIRACOOK Bio Wellness Grill- infrared grill, as a sole agent in Germany and Austria. Beside that he is also importer and distributor of EM-Ventilator.

Lee is a passionate chef and an avid cooking teacher, and is very keen on studying German and international wines. He earned the title “Deutscher Weinfachberater, Ausbilder und Dozent” (wine consultant specialist, teacher and lecturer in Germany). Currently, he is preparing for the Diploma of Wine and Spirit Education Trust, and the goal is the title “Master of Wine”. Lee is also a member of the German sommelier and has accomplished many international tasting and sensory seminars.

Throughout his career, André Z. K. Lee owned numerous restaurants, and had planned as many as 80 successful restaurants. Currently, Lee has started a cooking and wine school in Kaiserslautern.

He works with EM® (micro-organism) and is an authorized reseller for the company, Emiko Germany. Also, he is a consultant for food & beverages, restaurants & hotels, and winery.
